The Service may also support automatic publishing or scheduling of content to connected websites and platforms, including but not limited to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, and other supported CMS or website providers.

All content generated through the Service belongs to the user who created or requested it, subject to compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and any third-party platform requirements.

2. Account Access and Activation

Once payment is confirmed, your account credentials or onboarding instructions will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

Our system may send an acknowledgment email confirming your payment and providing activation details.

Access to your MidstackGrowth account will be activated after successful payment verification and setup. In cases where manual onboarding or platform integration is required, activation may take additional time.

Your subscription period begins on the day your access to the platform is granted, ensuring no lost subscription time.

3. Subscription Policy

3.2 Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.

3.4 Pricing and Taxes

4. Refund Policy

Payments made to MidstackGrowth are generally non-refundable because users receive access to a digital service and platform.

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind or accidental purchases

5. User Responsibilities

By using MidstackGrowth, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the information, prompts, keywords, business details, brand instructions, and content preferences you provide to the platform
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it, especially where factual accuracy, legal compliance, or brand sensitivity matters
• You will ensure you have the right to connect and publish to any website, CMS, or third-party platform you authorize with our Service
• You will not use the Service to create, publish, or promote illegal, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content
• You understand that SEO results can vary and are influenced by many external factors beyond our control

MidstackGrowth is not liable for losses, claims, or damages resulting from inaccurate inputs, misuse of the Service, or the public use of content generated through the platform.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership rights to the content they generate through MidstackGrowth, subject to any applicable third-party platform rules and payment obligations.

MidstackGrowth and Midstack Solutions retain ownership of all intellectual property associated with the Service, including the platform, software, workflows, algorithms, designs, branding, and related materials.

We will not use your generated content for marketing, case studies, or public demonstrations without your permission, except where explicitly agreed or where anonymized internal analysis is reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Service.

7. Content and Publishing Liability

We are not responsible for content generated, reviewed, edited, uploaded, or published by users through the platform, nor for how that content is used on websites, blogs, ecommerce stores, newsletters, or other channels.

You are responsible for ensuring that generated content is appropriate for your business, audience, legal jurisdiction, and publishing platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MidstackGrowth harmless against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:
